Bring your kids to our anti-bullying seminar, Friday, September 27th. You can drop them off or stay and watch. We’ll be teaching them important coping skills for dealing with bullying. The seminar will be taught by our Chief Instructor, Lia Vallieres, who has over 20 years of experience teaching kids martial arts. She loves to work with kids to build their confidence and teach respect for others. She’ll cover how to:
- Recognize bullying
- Safely stand up to bullying using non violent techniques
- Learn to be assertive verbally to defend yourself and de-escalate
- When and how to defend against physical bullying
- Get help

Please arrive by 6:50 pm so we can start on time.
