Come learn self defense at one of our seminars in September! We’re holding two Women’s Self Defense classes. One will be at our Rockwall location on September 26 in the evening. The other Women’s Self Defense class will be held in Fate on Saturday, September 28 in the morning.
We’re also hosting a special back to school, anti bullying seminar for kids on September 27. Drop your kids off and enjoy a date night while they learn important skills to cope with bullying.
